websites that

mean,grow

business.

Why do most websites fail?

In our experience about 95% of websites don’t work well, or at least anywhere near as well as they could.

So why is that?

  1. They have been designed and built to make the business owner, or other interested parties in the business and the website designer feel good about and be proud of their work. Too much emphasis is put on how they look and not enough on what they are actually contributing to the different elements of the business (sales, marketing, support).
  2. They have not taken into account (partially or completely) what the visitors to the website really want, or need, from their visit to the website.
  3. They have no, or very poor, reporting to show how well they are working and how well the marketing of the business is working – Google Analytics alone is not enough!
  4. Most businesses have never had a website that works properly for their business, so they are not even aware of what is possible, or what they are missing out on.

What should I be looking for in someone to help me with getting a website that works then?

People who are talking about one or more of the following:

  1. Establishing customer trust.
  2. Becoming the thought-leader in your industry.
  3. Customer-centric websites.
  4. Multi-variate marketing.
